About the Job

Responsibilities（Fluent in Chinese and English）
- Lead blockchain developer team to deliver NFT, token, swap, and other tool to enable the de-centralized game experience
- Work with management team and lead efforts to research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies to enable platform features
- Determine best practices/technologies/vendors to utilize in order to realize company vision
- Build and manage team of internal and external resources to build blockchain/crypto technology
- Brainstorm and help evaluate applications/tools/technologies as they continually evolve
- Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest
- Document new solutions as well as maintaining existing documentation
- Create best practices/guidelines for blockchain dev team
- Create performance metrics for measuring relevant blockchain performance
- Provide training/mentoring to technical staff in relation to blockchain tools and frameworks, Blockchain concepts etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study with 5+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
- Strong communication skills, and experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of experience in Blockchain industry
- Experience with IEO / IDO / ICO is a plus
- Deep experience with programming in at least one of: Go, Rust, Python, Java, C/C++
- Smart contract programming experience with one of the following Ethereum / Polygon (Solidity), Solana (Rust)
- Experience with writing/debugging and deploying Smart Contracts
- Knowledge of Digital Assets, Smart Contract Oracles, Multi Chain interoperability, private/permissioned blockchains and sustainability
- Experience with platform security, scalability, reliability
- Good understanding of various different consensus algorithms used in Ethereum
- Good understanding of asymmetric cryptography and using cryptographic material such as certificates for identity management in order to authenticate members, transactions etc.
- Demonstrable ability to architect and design integration architecture for integrating applications with Blockchain and, also, participant organizations and their member nodes to Blockchain network.
- Create security architecture for managing security of Blockchain and related applications
- Experience working with open-source projects
