Auras Studios is a startup with a vision to change the world at the nexus of blockchain and XR (virtual reality and augmented reality).

We began as an agency offering AR solutions for the music industry. Today, we are participating in Outlier Ventures’ Base Camp Accelerator, building an immersive social network for the metaverse.

Our next step is to hire a talented and passionate senior technical leader to drive and scale development, bring on a world-class team, and create a positive culture of continuous innovation.

The perfect candidate will be hands-on but highly capable of leading an exceptional, remote team; highly technical but able to explain complex topics to laypeople and partners mainly in the entertainment industry; deeply familiar with blockchain technologies and monetization strategies, social networking features, and XR; the ultimate team player, no ego, and driver of a positive, nurturing workplace.

About You
- Equivalent of 10+ years of hard core technical development experience including some combination of blockchain development, understanding of new chains and layer 2 solutions, smart contracts, API architecture and development, social media design and networking, and cloud integrations.

- Experience leading and coaching technical teams.

- Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments and delivering products on-time and on budget.

- High energy and passion for the job and strong interpersonal skills, capable of exciting both internal team members and external stakeholders and partners.

- Product Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a product-focused team.
Able to exercise practical, real world problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
