Our clients include all aspects of the crypto ecosystem from layer 1 blockchains, exchanges, top crypto VCs to Bitcoin mining. You will find our clients featured on exchanges and media across the globe. 150Bond’s extensive network and roster of clients means you will be working with some of the biggest and most well-known names in crypto.

Account Executive
There is a junior opening on the team for a candidate who will support the development of our crypto and blockchain accounts in all aspects of strategy and communications. You will be working on some of the biggest projects and with the biggest names in the crypto industry. The ideal candidate will have similar experience upholding the management of clients simultaneously, and a tenacity for executing strategy and partnerships on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities
-Research key trends and areas of interest to clients
-Aware of the latest projects and trends in the crypto space
-Assist with client relationships and day-to-day contact
-Assist in strategic planning as well as pitching media across broadcast, print and online for accounts with a proven track record of focusing on feature and high-priority pitching
-Proven ability to secure high-profile coverage with international business, tech and crypto publications from Bloomberg, CNBC, Tech to CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Decrypt, The Block and more.
-Pitch and secure speaking spots on podcasts e.g The Pomp Podcast, Bad Crypto Podcast, Bankless, Epicenter and more.
-Pitch and secure speaking engagements at events e.g Consensus, Devcon, Ethereal, Token2049 and more
-To have and establish, cultivate and maintain strong media relationships
-Be a valuable resource and trusted confidant to clients

Qualifications
-1-2 years of communications/marketing experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
-An understanding and active user of crypto and blockchain is a must
-The terms HODL, yield farming, diamond/paper hands, pump and dump, rug pull, ape, degen are part of your everyday life
-An understanding of the different chains, wallets, tokens and big players within the space
-Member of crypto Telegram and Discord groups or active within a blockchain community
-Ability to pitch across a variety of mediums and deliver key strategy to accounts that yield results
-Ability to work with flexibility and independently while reporting back to the team
-Motivated, dynamic and reliable
-Have a passion and interest in media, strategic messaging and storytelling

Account Manager
There is an opening on the team for an Account Manager. This individual will spearhead the development of our crypto accounts in all aspects of strategy and communication as well as assist Account Directors in driving revenue for the company and growing a team. You will be working closely with some of the biggest projects and names in the crypto industry. We’re looking for a leader who has established relationships in media, can develop and execute strategically with clients, and is always thinking of the bigger picture.

Responsibilities:
-Report directly to Account Directors and liaise with clients on their behalf
-Expertise in strategic planning as well as pitching media across broadcast, print and online for your account with a proven track record of focusing on feature and high-priority pitching
-Proven ability to secure high-profile coverage with international business, tech and crypto publications from Bloomberg, CNBC, Tech to CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Decrypt, The Block and more.
-Ability to pitch across a variety of mediums and deliver key strategy to accounts that yield results
-Aware of the biggest industry events and podcasts
-Ability to work with flexibility and independently while reporting back to the team
-Motivated, dynamic and reliable
-To have and establish, cultivate and maintain strong media relationships -Proactive, day-to-day contact with all levels of client contacts, including, but not limited to, overseeing budgeting, invoicing and time management, driving new business pitches and counselling
-Lead business development initiatives and continuously build a strong pipeline of clients
-Be a valuable resource to clients

Qualifications
-5-7+ years of progressive experience in the PR industry
-Project manager and agency experience a plus
-Experience with crypto and blockchain clients from DeFi to NFTs
-An understanding and active user of crypto and blockchain is a must
-The terms HODL, yield farming, diamond/paper hands, pump and dump, rug pull, ape, degen are part of your everyday life
-An understanding of the different chains, wallets, tokens and big players within the space
-Member of crypto Telegram and Discord groups or active within a blockchain community
-Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
-Active user of crypto
-A team-player with strong leadership qualities, and proven ability to delegate and manage a team
-Strong written and communication skills
