About the Job

We are looking for a permanent DeFi enthusiast to join the team of a private foundation on a permanent basis.

Target:
⁃ implement a staking strategy for each token from the fund's portfolio.
⁃ analysis and change of portfolio positions.
⁃ portfolio management, track changes.

Input data: investment portfolio of 10 tokens from the TOP-100 list.

Your tasks:
⁃ find AAA-BBB projects for selection in an investment portfolio.
⁃ do a comprehensive analysis (according to a given template and supplementing with your knowledge), testing these projects for a high APY (30% +).
⁃ draw up short-term strategies for each project (3-6 months), share conclusions with the team.
⁃ track critical project parameters affecting the staking result.

As a result, for each project, you will have a secure strategy and a set of basic parameters that you need to control (all data will be brought together in the dashboard via the API). You will be allocated money to test strategies.

Working conditions:
⁃ in the office or remote.
⁃ multiple weekly video calls with the team at the scheduled time.
⁃ fixed monthly payment or moderate% of APY (other conditions are possible by agreement).
⁃ your main tools: independent search and analysis, your network in the community, access to paid analytics.

Requirements:
⁃ extensive experience and practice in DeFi, confirmed by a specific result.
⁃ fluency in English and Russian.
⁃ Higher technical and financial education is encouraged.
⁃ work in DeFi market companies and financial institutions is encouraged.
