About the Job

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join our team at dHEDGE, a leading decentralized asset management protocol. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge decentralized platform, enabling users to manage and invest in various digital assets. Your expertise in React and web3 frameworks will be essential in creating intuitive and seamless user interfaces, as well as integrating with blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative frontend solutions for the dHEDGE platform using React and web3 frameworks.
2. Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance and responsiveness.
4. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and smart contracts on blockchain platforms.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of frontend applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
6. Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, technologies, and frameworks, and proactively suggest improvements for the platform.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, blockchain engineers, and designers, to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
9. Actively contribute to the overall architecture and technical decisions of the frontend stack.

Requirements:
1. Strong proficiency in React and web3 frameworks, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
2. Solid understanding of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
3. Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces that work seamlessly across multiple browsers and devices.
4. Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
5. Understanding of web3 technologies, such as Metamask, Web3.js, and Ethereum provider integration.
6. Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and experience in integrating frontend applications with backend services.
7. Proficient in version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Location and Compensation:
This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from any location that suits your lifestyle. We believe in work-life balance and encourage a culture where work complements your personal life, not the other way around.

In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 USD payable in cryptocurrency, commensurate with experience and skills.
