About the Job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and execute a comprehensive growth hacking marketing plan to grow our network of Popoo app users focusing on rapidly bolstering the number social media followers and active monthly users being the main KPIs.

Partner with your peers in Product Management and Community Management to drive adoption, engagement, referrals and revenue
Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.

Replicate successful strategies at scale and in new markets
The goal is to generate 0-1,000,000+ active users for the app in the shortest amount of time possible.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SENIOR marketing role in web3 with a proven track record

Experience successfully guiding marketing in an early-stage start-up

History of launching successful campaigns using components of guerrilla, grassroots, and viral marketing

Experience building reporting dashboards and KPIs

Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.

Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics.

Skilled at leads generation, conversion analysis, and creating marketing funnels.

Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
