About the Job

What you'll be doing:

- Work closely with the VP of design and creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, prototype, and design industry-leading graphics within project timelines.

- Design and animate assets (Videos, GIFs, Title and Text sequences, as well as some Visual Effects), to clearly communicate complex product concepts in engaging and understandable ways.

- Provide multiple fresh layout/design iterations that are informed by, and complement, existing art and design styles inherent to our individual products and brand.

- Create original, unique, and compelling illustrations/designs in the form of the content.

- Uphold and apply brand guidelines to externally-facing work, as well as internal keynotes, PDFs, printed materials, digital assets, and other creative.

- Craft design and aesthetic direction of Aleo’s owned and social media channels for individual posts and cohesive campaigns.


What we look for in you:

- Must have experience in brand and motion graphics.

- An enthusiasm to work collaboratively and contribute to a creative team environment.

- Strong understanding and implementation of the principles of design, typography, color theory, and the ability to prepare both print and digital work

- A valuable contributor in all stages of creative production: from brainstorming and planning to executing final layouts.

- Is a team player who can work independently and remotely to produce new campaigns and develop the Aleo brand.


Nice to haves:

- Experience working on brand design initiatives from concept to execution.

- Understanding of web design best practices and experience designing responsive web pages.

- Understanding or experience working in Web3 or blockchain

- Working knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma.

- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
