X8C is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust Social Media strategy to enhance our online presence and support our marketing and sales efforts. You'll also collaborate with our clients to design and implement campaigns tailored to their needs. This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your talents in a supportive and innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop, implement and manage our clients’ social media strategy
-Define the most important social media KPIs
-Create engaging content for all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
-Manage and oversee social media content.
-Measure the success of every social media campaign
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS
-1+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
-Knowledge of Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem is a MUST
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Solid understanding of all major social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, --Pinterest, Instagram, Discord, and other social media best practices
-Excellent knowledge of Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
-Good understanding of social media KPIs
-Self Starter
-Excellent multi-tasking skills
-Creative thinker and problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
