The Role
We are looking for a marketing lead of high caliber to join at an exciting time for Transient and handle all aspects of marketing.

As a marketing lead you will take ownership of all aspects of marketing, from strategy to execution, working with an existing team and designing future state. You will be designing, leading, and implementing our growth strategy. You will focus on driving our brand development and take responsibility for the full marketing strategy. This role may also require you getting your hands dirty and have fundamental skills in writing, editing and pushing with high-energy.

Responsibilities
- Own Transient's growth and marketing strategies
- Understand our community and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and execute campaigns from conception to writing and publication
- Drive acquisition, conversion & brand impact across both retail and crypto markets
- Be the point of contact for PR and communications
- Build upon an already established marketing team

Minimum Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication (English)
- High-performance mindset
- Experience executing marketing campaigns across retail and crypto (desirable)
- Ability to find opportunities for collaboration and partnerships
