Job Description

Drops DAO is looking for a product designer to help build out the NFT lending platform.
We’re building permissionless, trustless, and multi-chain infrastructure needed to help drive metaverse financet forward, taking NFTs to the next level beyond artwork.
In this role you will have an opportunity to design, test, and iterate on a sophisticated NFT lending product that is at the intersections of NFTs and DeFi.

In this role you will get to:
Create well-architected, usable, and intuitive product experiences.
Gather and prioritize goals and requirements from disparate business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Be responsible to lead usability testing, user research, and other qualitative methods.
Build fast, fail fast. Adhere to sprint schedules, and deliver assets on time to unblock development and get customer-facing features shipped.
Utilize and contribute to an evolving design system.


Experience requirements:

2+ years of experience working in a product design function.
Have at least beginner experience as a DeFi user
Familiar with Figma
Interest in Agile product development processes working with cross-functional collaboration techniques.
Excited about A/B testing strategies & implementation.
Curious about data driven product design, usability testing, user research, and other qualitative methods.
Excited about the future of decentralized finance and eager to contribute to its ecosystem
