At Bloq, you will work on the cutting edge of blockchain and Decentralized Finance technology and collaborate with other passionate teammates across the globe to build products for the multi-blockchain future. You will be exposed to a variety of exciting blockchain projects and new technologies and tools.

The Product Manager will be a key member of the Bloq team, designing and building the future of the decentralized internet.

Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of blockchain infrastructure projects including staking, managed nodes, and managed APIs
- Research and develop product strategy, requirements, and roadmap
- Establish plans and schedules to attain project goals and objectives
- Keep team on track on key milestones and support team in clearing roadblocks
- Build, establish and maintain client relationships
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives)

Position Requirements
- 3+ years project management experience in leading and coordinating teams and facilitating sprints
- Strong organizational skills
- Track and manage Github issue backlog
- Proven track record of successful project and/or product delivery
- Possess a deep understanding of agile processes and product development methodologies
- Experience working in blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), or financial products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work across various teams including Engineering, Legal, Design, Operations, etc.
- Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
- Willingness to learn new technologies
