Swing is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing engineering and blockchain team.

As a crypto-passionate Quality Assurance Analyst joining a remote-first startup, you will be responsible for the testing and maintenance of Swing web/mobile platform components and quality user experiences. You will add quality assurance to new DeFi products in an Agile environment alongside engineers, designers and product managers.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll directly impact the lifeline of the protocol by maintaining a high bar for quality of our innovative liquidity aggregator web and mobile platforms. You’ll test major features, working closely with different disciplines across the team.

Swing is a decentralized cross-chain, multi-chain liquidity protocol on Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Polkadot, Arbitrum, xDai, Fantom, Optimism and other top layer 1 & 2 protocols. We aggregate liquidity across multiple blockchains and allow users to trade cross-chain crypto assets with low slippage.

Responsibilities:
• Build test plans for new features and improvise on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback
• Execute tests for weekly alpha/beta release candidates on web and mobile platforms
• Test features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers
• Identify areas for automation and write automated tests to ensure repeatability, coverage, reliability and catching regressions
• Communicate with the Swing alpha/beta development community to discover, reproduce, track and resolve issues

Required Experience:
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies
• Experience automating end to end UI tests for mobile and web apps
• Experience with Git and Github
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js (frontend, backend, and testing tools)
