About the Job

We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable consumer products and experience in the crypto space, particularly on the Solana blockchain. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align with the company's vision, mission, and core principles.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend infrastructure.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure our services can handle growing traffic and demand.
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high system availability and optimal performance.
- Continuously enhance system architecture, security, and best practices to keep pace with industry standards.

**Requirements:**

- Over 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure engineering.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, especially within the Solana ecosystem.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Rust.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Cloud Firestore.
