As one of the first hires, we’re looking for a software engineer who will lead our engineering team and develop our DeFi protocol on Solana.


Overview
- Software Engineer
- USD $100k~$200k (for full-time) + Equity/Token incentives
- Part-time contributors are also welcomed
- A few weeks of paid trial is welcomed

Location
- Work from anywhere (Remote / San Francisco / New York / Tokyo / Singapore)
- Occasional participation in IRL Solana hackathons

Requirements
- 4+ years experience in software development
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn below tech stack
- Solana Program: Rust, Anchor Framework
- Frontend: React, Typescript, solana-web3.js
- Backend: Node.js, MySQL
- Infrastructure: AWS
- Passion for crypto, DeFi and the future of finance
- Business level (or above) spoken and written English

Great to have
- Written Solana program (Rust, Anchor, solana-web3.js)
- Written smart contracts in any other languages (Solidity, web3.js)
- Managed engineering team in startup as a lead engineer or above
- Experience in low-level language such as C++ is a plus

What You Will Do
- Research, design and develop our Solana program architecture
- Manage DevOps to build and maintain frontend, backend and infrastructure
- Work with auditing firms to ensure code security
- Build developer SDKs to integrate with other protocols
