Requirements:
1. Experience with Rust programming language (2 yrs+)
2. Experience in building contracts on Solana
3. Self-motivated and willingness to learn. Work well under pressure and to deadlines. A crypto native with a genuine curiosity about the new DeFi developments

Nice to haves:
1. Experience in Anchor framework
2. Experience with frontend development in React
3. Experience in Solidity smart contracts development
