About the Job

We are looking for support agents that can help our users 24/7. We offer live support on our Wallet and Market services as well as in our Discord. Therefor we would need extra hands and brains to help our users get the most out of our Wallet and NFT Marketplace.

You will:
- give live chat support
- answer users questions
- provide basic technical support
- write guides and update FAQs
- create tutorial videos or blogs
- connect users with the right people on the Venly team
You are:
- experienced with blockchain or crypto
- excellent in your communication skills (English)
- thinking with us, to optimise support flows
- motivated from working with leading blockchain projects
- experienced with working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanbanโ€ฆ).
- living mainly online
- a ray of sunshine that aways sees the glass half full
