Luxury real estate developer Dukley invited me to build a marketing department because they were launching two new residential projects. The objective has been achieved through the execution of the following tasks:
• I selected and implemented CRM Hubspot. It reduced lead response time by 6 times and established a data-driven marketing approach by consolidating all communication channels into one interface and automating workflows for the 'lead' and 'contact' stages of the sales funnel.
• Launched lead generation campaigns on Meta, resulting in meeting the lead generation quota with a CPL of €15, which is 8 times cheaper than previous campaigns. Next, I optimized campaigns to maximize SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) share, hired an in-house specialist, and delegated the process.
• Developed the initial brand marketing strategy and media plan, then organized and put into action all planned assignments. Specifically:
â—‹ Conducted research: audited brand assets, analyzed accumulated statistics, competitors, and audience size.
â—‹ Identified 15 audience segments and determined the most effective channels, offers, and content for each segment.
○ Developed a promotional deal “Lock in the price of the apartment and receive a free week's stay in a ready-made villa”. This has significantly accelerated the identification of Sales Qualified Leads and increased conversion rates across multiple stages of the funnel.
â—‹ Initiated the creation of a sales plan and established marketing KPIs based on it.
â—‹ Organized and optimized marketing channels, such as SEM, content marketing, listings, and trigger marketing, and delegated processes to contractors and in-house specialists.

As a marketing consultant, I helped formulate and test business hypotheses for the company's web3 products. The products were at the MVP stage, so I implemented the following workflow:
• Conducted market segmentation using the Segmentation-Targeting-Positioning model and described 25 audiences of potential buyers, including 3 hypotheses for the b2g market. This helped prioritize how to position the brand.
• Created the umbrella branding concept "Ammer Web3 Ecosystem".
• Developed value propositions for priority audiences and prepared messaging, such as:

I optimized processes within the marketing department, improved our brand image, and increased key business metrics, such as the number and volume of transactions, conversion rate, and monthly active users (MAU). Some of the tasks performed:
• Synchronized the product roadmap with the content plan, increasing the consistency and efficiency of content marketing.
