-As an early believer in Chainlink Labs, I was invited by the CMO of Chainlink Labs to start as one of the first salespeople when the company only had 60 employees total.
-Within the first 3 months, I built and implemented an inbound strategy and personally booked over 300 business meetings with prospects for the Go-to-Market & Enterprise teams.
-Once Outbound became the focus, I hired the first sales rep, leading to 14+ Inside Sales reps to be interviewed, hired, trained and managed by me over the period of the next 15 months.
-Large focus on Salesforce Customer Data Management.
-Enabled thousands of meetings to be booked for GTM and Enterprise.
-When I started, CLL had under 200 integrations; now they have 2000+ public integrations.
-Multiple people from this team have been promoted to senior roles prior to the typical one year wait.
