Umbrella Network is a leading VC-backed, decentralized and scalable oracle for the DeFi and blockchain community. Umbrella Network is looking for a full-time Community Manager to join our team to work with our Head of Marketing to design & manage our community building strategy, with a particular focus on Discord.

Umbrella is looking for someone who builds content, branding, and communication strategies to publish across social media and marketing channels. This person is someone who can help grow Umbrella’s branding and community through marketing initiatives.

Key Job Functions
Define & execute Discord engagement and growth strategy
Engage daily with the Discord community
Build and manage moderator program and strategies for Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.
Oversee communication for support
Facilitate weekly fireside chats
Interfacing with community members all over the world via Discord and Telegram
Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world

Preferred Qualifications
Strong social presence with heavy interest in blockchain and crypto
Passion for designing & building crypto communities
History of developing and managing user communities (20k+)
Strong interpersonal skills
Love of Clubhouse/Twitter spaces
Bachelor’s degree not required, but strongly preferred
