Role overview

To achieve our goals, weโ€™re building an A-star sales crew and looking for a Head of Business Development to lead our BD team. Your main task will be to use your know-how and personal network to expand our partner funnel. You will be mapping the ecosystem and identifying the key opportunities for Ramp and handing them over to our excellent Partnerships Team.

Core Responsibilities
- sourcing the best people to the team and helping them achieve great results,
- managing your team based on well-set KPIs and OKRs,
- being able to spot emerging trends and products early and identify key opportunities for Ramp,
- ensuring that Ramp's marketing activities are aligned with the current trends,
- initiating outreach campaigns to the Sales -Qualified Leads,
- growing the sales pipeline by delivering qualified leads to the Partnerships Team.

Requirements
- impeccable English skills (fluent or native),
- deep understanding and knowledge about blockchain & the crypto market, we need someone who is up-to-date with the latest trends in crypto, bonus points if you have a wide network in the industry as well,
- min. 3-5 years of experience working for start-ups and/or scale-ups as an executive or at least VP-level manager,
- experience in building new business development teams, bonus points if you have an extensive network of professionals that may be good fits for your new team,
- analytical approach to the new and flashy - being able to spot the really good deal early on is crucial,
- a deep passion for crypto and the economic freedom it can offer - our mission is to create an open financial system for the world - we want you to help,
- resourcefulness - ability to bring creative solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as a dead end,
- curiosity and an open mind - weโ€™re a culture of learners and we welcome a humble approach.

๐Ÿ’ฐ PLN 22 000 - 27 000 per month / GBP 100 500 - 120 000 per year B2B net on invoice - or equivalent on employment contract,
