About the Company
StaFi protocol is the first liquid staking protocol for multiple PoS blockchains, aiming to solve the contradiction between mainnet security and token liquidity in PoS consensus. To date, the platform has released up to 10 various liquid staking solutions including rETH (StaFi Staked ETH), rMATIC, rBNB, rATOM, among others. Now StaFi 2.0 has been introduced, which is a major upgrade and rebrand. In terms of positioning, StaFi will transform from a multi-chain LSD protocol to an LSD Infra Layer, and the brand will also be upgraded accordingly. In terms of tokenomics, FIS will introduce a burn mechanism and add new utilities. In terms of security, on top of the existing chain security, it will support contract layer security, including support and frameworks for multiple VMs such as EVM and WASM.
About the Job
StaFi is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Manager at StaFi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, actively developing strategic partnerships with projects to boost the adoption of LSaaS in StaFi 2.0, and overseeing marketing events to promote StaFi's influence.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for StaFi LSaaS.
2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to boost StaFi products adoption, especially for the LSaaS platfrom in StaFi 2.0.
3.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to drive business development efforts.
5.Represent StaFi at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the company's brand and establish thought leadership.
6.Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.
2.Strong understanding of liquid staking, understanding blockchain technology would be preferred.
3.Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
5.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7.Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
8.Willingness to participate in business meetings and industry events as required, such as online AMA or offline meetings as StaFiโs speaker.
