You are an experienced community manager with a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space. You know how to reach target audiences through channels, events, and campaigns. You enjoy interacting with and growing communities, creating and executing marketing initiatives, and creating content and events surrounding the project to increase brand awareness. You’re proactive in seeking new community initiatives and opportunities to enhance the success of your campaigns. You are data-driven, and you know how to measure your impact and drive your efforts.

Key Requirements

- 2+ years in a community management role
- Experience in building communities for a cryptocurrency project and running online events and activities
- Experience growing/managing a network of local community managers
- Solid understanding of Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Twitter and what works on each social channel
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Organised, autonomous with high attention to detail
- A strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, smart contracts, and NFTs

What you will do:
Deploy successful community campaigns, from ideation to execution
Use social media to engage with users, respond to questions, and promote Ultra
Respond to followers and community members about aspects of the project, as well as answering any questions they may have
Identify, build and lead a network of local community managers and leaders
Work with influencers to promote the project and creating an ambassador program
Write and edit content on Ultra’s medium page, marketing materials, and other documents
Take part in the development of our community ambassadors program and crypto influencers partnerships program
Participate in the deployment of Ultra's marketing plan
Gather relevant data to evaluate impact and report to the Marketing Manager and Ultra's CEOs
