About the Job

* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Moderate our Telegram channels ~ 2 hours/day in US time zone (9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST)
+ Navigate the community, answer members' questions and concerns
+ Promote programs to the community, make instructional videos and support members participating in our activities
+ Make reports on topics interested by the community, problems they often encounter… (FAQs)
+ Propose ideas to expand and develop the community
+ Clear spams, keep our community clean and healthy

* JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Knowledge of deep tech: understand the concept and impact of AI, robotics, IoT, AR/VR... Ability to self-study to stay updated with new technologies
- Good English reading and writing
- Ability to handle communication situations, being responsive
- Experience in sales and customer care in English is an advantage
