About the Job

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to oversee all digital marketing programs for the Helium Mobile carrier service. In this role, you will plan, execute, and drive a number of different digital marketing components, such as content, email, mobile, social media, SEO, paid search, and more. In addition, this role will provide guidance to leaders/teams within each department and must understand the many different facets of digital media and the role they play in the digital marketing space.

In this role you will:
- Lead digital marketing strategy and campaigns for the carrier service to drive subscriber growth 
- Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social, and online advertising campaigns 
- Oversee the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels
- Collaborate with team members & provide guidance to the design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze metrics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Experience owning, developing, and managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
- Track record of scaling customer demands quickly
- Demonstrated and developed strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
- Expert level experience with paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
- Solid background in brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
Expert knowledge of new technology trends as it relates to digital marketing
