About the Job

Spotlight is releasing an NFT collection ahead of the launch of its platform and requires a Marketing & Social Manager to help:

- Develop a marketing strategy that will allow us to identify core demographics and target advertisements that appeal to a diverse group
- Develop and lead on individual ads and marketing campaigns
- Drive the companies marketing marketing initiative to acquire new users

Requirements:

- 3+ years in social media management & marketing strategy
- Project management experience
- Experience working with NFT projects in the past and knowledge of blockchain space, NFTs as well as Discord, Forums, Twitter environments
- Experience leading communities in discord and twitter
- Excellent communication skills, a willingness to rake initiative and lead, fast learner and most importantly a doer
- Fluent in English
